we had already confirmed our reno quote about 3weeks ago, real late post for this i know!
Adrian and myself had been shamelessly digging the best ID quotes around, but we heard from forum that its useless, coz ID firms can easily add back those "discounts" in one way or another... eventually found an ID that we were very comfortable with and thankgod within our tight budget... 2 of my ex colleagues had them for their flats so i reckon they are reliable and won't let me down. reno be starting end June and hopefully ready before big day!

research starts all over again on upcoming $$ damages like aircon (piping needs to be up before reno starts.. ) and hood/hob.
compare prices here and there really saves money, not talking bout 20 or 30bucks, its hundreds one hor. So homework is impt... which occasionally do checkout forums on where the cheap buys are!! but the more i check, the more i'm confused!!
Ahyo, I contribute more by pointpoint, shake head and nod head! GOSH!! shame on me, i know!!

almost all of our weekdays and weekends were burned combing jalan besar, IMM, city plaza, geylang, town, expo, etc etc for wow deals~
not easy...
and tats a whole lot of quality time together. :)
